Mighty Ducts did a great job on our home. The guys were friendly and helpful, explaining steps along the way and helping to get to tricky vents. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable while they worked around our newborn. The guys were happy to answer extra questions and show us how to access and maintain in between cleanings. Easy booking, quick follow up with before and after photos. Excellent!
recently had the service done and they came with a vacuum with a brush on the end.. I had a a/c issue and had Clow darling come and service my ac. Only to find my ducts completely dirty , he explained that the “brush “ they use just pushes dirty further into my furnace which caused my ac to freeze up ,
They arrived early, extremely professional and communicated well the details of their process and when an extra person would arrive on site. Mighty Duct (MD) team are extremely efficient and truly work as a TEAM. They shared photos of before and after; I should’ve called them earlier. Just had my Ducts Cleaned today by the Mighty ducts from Thunder Bay and I must say they did beautiful work.Showed me pictures . The previous people from Timmins had not done everything & hadn’t showed me pictures. Mighty Duct Thunder Bay showed me pictures of the missed spots and then the nice shiny duct at the end. I will definitely hire them again it’s worth the $
