Your Security Guard expected me to give him money for parking and he tried to stop my car from leaving. This is incredibly unsafe. He’s too AGGRESSIVE! Your gate was lifted up because the paramedics were there. I was just driving through. I wasn’t going to give him money. He pocketed the money from the car before me and kept it for himself. This is not okay. And very unsafe for all your clients.

Dr. Jumah just did my vulgar laser surgery. What an amazing doctor. So patient, informative, helpful and compassionate. What started as an extremely stressful situation was addressed by her and, although not pleasant, the whole experience went quite well. Very thankful to have a female woman's health specialist in Thunder Bay.

Receptionist. I am standing outside the doorway where the Stop sign is posted. One reception looks over the counter at me, she didn't say a word to acknowledge me. All 3 receptionist kept on going. Finally middle receptionist calls me over and she sounded rushed. She spoke to me too fast and she had to repeat what she had said. I still didn't hear what she said. St Jumah didn't know what a lump I had was, she even got another gynecologist to come examine be and the urge one didn't know what it was either. They had both never felt or seen something like it before. This was a Monday. By the time I left her office she had caround to see if she could use some of another Dr's portraying room time on the Friday that he or she wasn't using and she had me scheduled for a or I on the Thursday
