What a great spot - LOTS of stock on the floor, and a GREAT selection of parts accessories and apparel . You NEED to say hi to Diane (and sign her book!) - what an absolute gem, she totally made our visit!
Amazing ppl and service
Excellent service from Sales to Parts and Service. Was able to test ride before purchase. Short period of time to receive bike and ready to ride out the door! Friendly and knowledgeable staff in every department. Highly recommend dealing with this dealership in Thunder Bay!
Sorry for it being a late review, but it was two years ago almost to the date, that I had electrical issues with my 2014 Ultra Limited and Mario service manager of Thunder Bay Harley Davidson, too me in priority first being a traveller from Toronto. To get me back on the road. He got his mechanic to work on my bike, after hours, until it was fixed. I would fly to Thunder Bay to purchase my next Harley, rather than any dealership in the Golden Horseshoe near Toronto. This is exceptional customer service for someone on a road ... read more
