Thunder Bay Harley Davidson is great, the girls remember their customers from the first time they came into the store and never forget you! Ken was amazing and thorough to work with when I purchased my bike the experience was incredible. The overall customer service is 100% and best experience you’ll ever have buying a bike or anything from the establishment. 💯 recommend.
To the lady my husband talked to on the phone on Sunday August 17 ,she went above and beyond ,we were on family vacation we went from Ontario to Calgary was gone for 9 days, on the way home we had planned to stop here unfortunately we were going to be an hour longer and they would be closed , Mt husband called to see if they could leave a poker chip somewhere so we could grab it of course we paided for it, and believe it or not they did we were so happy cause that's the last chip we needed to complete the Ontario set ,so to ... read more
On the way home from a road trip to Alaska. Made an appointment a few days in advance at Thunder Bay HD for a tire. They were ready and awaiting my arrival. Had me back on the road in short order with a new tire and another repair I had overlooked. Thanks to everyone at Thunder Bay HD for being there.
If we weren't 3000 kms away we would be servicing all our bikes here!! My husband was passing through on this way to Ottawa from Alberta, he needed a service and they got him right in, he also stopped on his way back, they had ordered what he needed so they could get the rest of the work done when on his way back. Mario in the service dept was so easy to deal with and the so helpful. They got the job done for him!! "Thanks so very much. Best service I have had at any Harley !!" Andre the Giant. Lol
