Thunder Bay Harley Davidson always gives me top notch service. They got me out of a huge jam 3 years ago when other dealers were unwilling to help. Since then I’ve had several oil changes and full services completed, and I always receive efficient, courteous, and timely service. BTW…..I live over 3,000 km away, but I always go out of my way to get my bikes serviced here when I’m travelling. A++++++

We were headed on a motorcycle trip out West, got stranded between Wawa and Thunder Bay, towed to the dealer ship on a thursday before the long weekend. Hardik and the staff helped us get back on the road the next day. We thought we were going to have to cancel the entire trip. We cant thank them enough. The guys there know what they are doing! Great service!!
