Excellent customer service
We went in looking for something we weren’t sure existed. The first staff member directed us to an area to start - when we couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for, he told us there was nothing there to meet our needs. He was extremely dismissive and rude when we asked about alternatives and I was ready to leave.
