After over 20 years at a different optical centre in town and not recieving good customer care, I decided to switch and saw Dr. Xue. She took her time to explain all tests, show me and explain the results. After ordering a new pair of glasses and sunglasses, Regina found me a replacement frame in ONE Day for my old glasses that I was told could not be repaired. Definitely glad I made the switch to new eye doctor. Also shout out to Monique, great customer service all around.
The best eye appointment I’ve ever been to. Doctor Xue is super good at explaining everything, very professional. She’s the best! Friendly helpful staff spent time to fit with the proper glasses. Highly recommended!
Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Queenie Xue! She explained things clearly and concisely and was patient with all my questions. Her attention to detail made me feel well taken care of. The clinic and staff are warm and inviting, much different than the typical sterile environment of other eye clinics. Would highly recommend!
Both my wife and I have been coming here for over 15 years and have always been impressed with how friendly and professional everyone is that you encounter within the office. Dr McNally is the best! He is very personable, knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer any questions that you may have. We would highly recommend him and his practice to anyone.
