The workers went over and above to have my.medival needs met with an overabundance if respect support and professionalism that's makes them one of the best clinics in Northwestern Ontario thank for givinge hope andy life back God bless them all

For a health unit, you'd think they would clean up the biohazard in the rooms 😬 This was a spot of dry blood beside my chair. Yes, its blood and not paint... you can see the small splatter around it

I booked an appointment, I showed up 15 minutes early and than waited another 30 minutes before seeing a nurse. The nurse was nice but I noticed a bunch of open rooms and there was no one in the lobby. So why the wait. It seems things don't run efficiently.

Overall, the staff at Thunder Bay District Health Unit are friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate the assistance from a lady at the reception desk who kindly helped me make an appointment. However, I would like to point out that some staff members seem impatient. When I called to make an appointment, a gentleman sounded somewhat impatient and tried to redirect me to another clinic simply because I declined the appointment time he offered.
