I had my first appointment yesterday at Thunder Bay Diagnostics-Algoma. The receptionist was kind, professional and helpful and the technician was quite amazing at explaining everything and worked fast and efficently. My pocket health diagnostic report by the radiologist was ready a few hours later. Totally a positive and professional experience.
Friendly staff, explained the process. No wait.
Very poor service and very unprofessional front desk staff. Staff was being disrespectful to my mom and said that she was in her face. My mom was just waiting to talk to somebody on what to do as she had an appointment. She was very rude and not very happy to help my mom but changed her mood the moment the next person came to talk to her. Such a disappointment from a healthcare service provider.
