Have your doctor book you in at the Spence Clinic (Thunder Bay Ultrasound). DO NOT book with this place! You cant even call these people to book the appointment. You will spend hours of your time on hold and if you happen to still be on hold at noon or end of day, you'll have to start all over and spend hours more on hold the next day. Horrible. Receptionist is rude, they never answer phone...? Called and was caller 4, spent over 2 hours on hold... to be hung up on. They then canceled my appointment day of, 1 hour prior, and can't reschedule for 3 weeks from now? Horrible. Going somewhere else. Anywhere else.

If I could give them a score of zero, I would certainly do that… I had an appointment for two procedures this morning. I had received a phone call from them which I had to call them back because I was out and then I waited an hour and 45 minutes and then was cut off… And then I emailed them and I did receive emails verifying the date, time, the preparation and where they were located about a week before…. when I got there at 8 o’clock in the morning, they told me oh no sorry we don’t have any appointment for you. I called to verify an upcoming appt. They called and booked my husband, I took the call. They gave me a time, then my husband got an email confirmation with a totally different time. As we will be coming from over 2 hours away, I still don't know what time we have to be there as I can't get through on the phone! On hold for over 2 hours and still waiting. Who has time for this?? I don't.

Updated review: Waited 3 weeks for them to call me about an appointment, had to get my doctor fax multiple times. I finally get there 30minutes early as I expect some bull. I waited and listened. Nothing but very loud complaining about their bosses and talking about their hair. It's no that they are "busy" it's that they are incompetent and seem to be opposed or resistant to actually working. Wouldn't be surprised if some of them were replaced with international students in the next few years. Will be recommending my doctor ... read more
