I recently visited Thunder Bay Diagnostic, located in the same building as Beauty and Bar Medi Spa, and had a very positive experience overall. The facility was easy to find, and the shared location makes it quite convenient. One of the first things I noticed was that it wasn’t crowded at all, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. There was no long waiting time, and everything moved efficiently. Worst front desk experience ever and they treat us like beggars. 0 star . Management should train their staff to how to deal with customers.
Been on hold for 3 days
No one answers the phone here, ask for. Requisition literally anywhere else. Could even image the service if I actually booked an appointment if it takes over an hour for them to answer a phone call And the holding music is TERRIBLE talk about instant headache
I have been on hold and finally got to caller #1after “only” 15 minutes. Now I have been caller# 1 for 45 minutes. This is what happens when there is a monopoly. Anyone with some initiative please open another diagnostic clinic and put this place out of business. Our healthcare system is so screwed up and this place doesn't help.
