Worst front desk experience ever and they treat us like beggars. 0 star . Management should train their staff to how to deal with customers.
Been on hold for 3 days
No one answers the phone here, ask for. Requisition literally anywhere else. Could even image the service if I actually booked an appointment if it takes over an hour for them to answer a phone call And the holding music is TERRIBLE talk about instant headache
I have been on hold and finally got to caller #1after “only” 15 minutes. Now I have been caller# 1 for 45 minutes. This is what happens when there is a monopoly. Anyone with some initiative please open another diagnostic clinic and put this place out of business. Our healthcare system is so screwed up and this place doesn't help.
Terrible customer service --- on hold for over an hour-- from now on i will ask my physician for a requisition for elsewhere -- I'd rather have a longer wait time for my test than waste my time on hold --- thumbs down. Once I got through staff was very friendly
