Terrible customer service --- on hold for over an hour-- from now on i will ask my physician for a requisition for elsewhere -- I'd rather have a longer wait time for my test than waste my time on hold --- thumbs down. Once I got through staff was very friendly
Had a great experience here—the staff were super friendly and fast. I loved that they had a QR code to easily check your results. Made the whole process really smooth. Definitely recommend!
Does anyone answer the phones here? Sitting on hold for hours is beyond unacceptable. Please update your system to better serve people trying to make their appointments.
Disappointing customer service—the older receptionist was quite rude and had a very unpleasant attitude.
