I was in the market for tires and rims I look everywhere for 19 inch rims for my Dodge Journey I couldn't find them unless the were used or from the dealership for almost 8000 brand new. I was ready to give up when I called Thunder Bay auto parts and spoke with Lisa. She did everything she could to find me rims and tires with a weird offset. Unfortunately we couldn't find the 19inch rims but was able to go up in size to a 20 inch rim. Lisa set it all up fast had them shipped and mounted fast and called me in less then a week... read more

Just had a call to them. Staff will talk to you like you’re stupid. Incredibly condescending big man attitude. Keep your parts on the shelves. I think the dude from the power Center owns this business too. Same attitude .
