I got 2 weeks behind on 250 payment and they came took my car I've payed over 6k for already and then I payed to get it back and they kept it to put some device on it. Why did I pay to get it back for you guys to keep it anyways.
This company is full of it, they don't understand any personal emergency's , I was going to make my payment 3 days after the due date and they absolutely weren't having it, they harass you for payments. Also when I took my car to get fixed at one of there Service departments, they took every personal item in my car , when I say everything ( I mean it) down to the air fresheners and floor mats, they then blamed it on a misunderstanding, they said they had a repo guy stop by and he must of mistaken my car for a repo, I never g... read more
This is the second issue I’ve had with this place as of today. The first issue I had was when I first purchased my vehicle and I made my first car payment ahead of the scheduled payment I had. I paid the payment a couple of days before it was due and the day the payment was actually due they charged my card for a SECOND payment. Doesn’t work with you. Not even a month behind and are threatening to repo my vehicle. When I call and try to make a payment of a majority of the amount I’m told “can’t take partial payments”. So it’s either all the money or non of the money. Makes 0 sense.
