I called on Saturday afternoon for an emergency appointment with my very sick kitten, Echo. The staff was very helpful and caring. I had to take Echo back in again on Tuesday night (after hours) for the same issue. Once again, I had a great experience. Not once did they make me feel like I was being an inconveinence. The Vet and Vet Tech waited for me to drive 45 minutes to get there. They took care of the issue and Echo is now doing great. They are kind and compassionate! In the last 16 months we had to say goodbye to our two senior dogs. I appreciate their care and compassion! Highly recommend.

Recently moved to the area. I had a dog that went into labor and was not progressing. She needed an emergency c-section. Thumb Vet staff was excellent to work with. They took her in right away and kept me updated. They took great care of my dog and her pup. Staff is very friendly and I will definitely be using them in the future for Veterinary care.

Dr Ann and her staff were just awesome with us and our dear cat Tiger . Took extra time to answer all our questions to help us get our sick cat back to him healing. I would highly recommend them . And thanks for being there to help our cat.
