Pete did a fantastic job and didn't give up until he found the problem. It turned out to be the thermostat that kept shutting the furnace down. He installed a new thermostat and now everything works great. Contacted Jody Richardson who said they would do a great job. They did. Completely satisfied and would recommend them highly.

Do not go with this company! They like to take your money and not finish the job. There is also no communication between the staff there. I have had workers show up at my house to finish the job that was started, but they thought they were there to fix my furnace. They did not even install my furnace, nor have I talked to anyone there about my furnace. I stopped in and talked to the so called owner, Kyle, and he had no idea that the job wasn’t finished, or that’s what he said. It’s now almost mid June and I am still waiting... read more

I had a terrible time with these guys. They billed me for things that were never explained and when I asked questions they never answered how they arrived at their billing numbers! The work was not done well and many things just didn't work correctly. They demanded to be paid in full before even considering to fix the issues. They have some good workers but the management is poor and I wouldn't trust them in terms of the billling.
