On April 26th I witnessed a thumb alarm van #106 pass a line of yielding vehicles northbound on M-53 near Bruce township as an emergency vehicle was coming southbound. This guy was willing to possibly cause an accident just so he could get a few vehicles ahead. On top of that he tailgated the rest of the way up torwards Imlay city. Shame on Thumb Alarm. What if it was your family who needed the emergency vehicle??
Ken, a service technician, has come to our home twice now to service an older alarm system that was installed by the previous owners of the house. Both times that Ken has serviced the system, he has been exceedingly polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and effective.
