We had our insurance thru them for 2+ years. Not once did they call and suggest we come in and update our info. Never tried to help us with homeowners ins. When we called to cancel our policy, they didn't ask why. They made no effort to keep our business, none! We found a agent who helped us with great coverage. Auto, home, plus umbrella policy to protect our investments. All for about half of what we were paying them, for just 3 cars. This is why business fall. Our agent at Thum, didn't care that we left.
