I have used Thuli's for 30 years... still practicing with originals. These tables have seen thousands of clients with minimal wear and tear and recovering when necessary is simple. Mechanics have NEVER failed me in those 3 decades. I have had a total of 3 issues with my tables during that time frame. 2 of those issues they walked me through fixes over the phone... as a courtesy. The 3rd issue needed a part. We just purchased our first (elevation) table from Thuli and we are so happy with it! Their team has outstanding customer service and were a big help to us with the installation and little assembly that we needed to do. We are planning to purchase a second table soon!
I have 3 Thuli tables and had a portable one for the longest time - but ended up selling that as I wasn’t hauling it and using it anymore- over the last 15 years I have only ever had to replace or fix a total of 3 things on my tables- each time I emailed in the problem and within a day they had me all figured out on what to do and it was fixed instantly!!
