Waited 1 month and 1/2 To see Dr. Ong. When I arrived at my appt. They said it was cancelled. No one called me to cancel appt. Although they said they did. They did not. No remedy of fitting me in was offered. The overall feeling of waiting room was very sick patients. Did not say much for the care they were receiving. To check in, I stood in a line of 8 people and waited for my turn. 3 receptionists for some 26 or more doctors. I am a R.N. and I would never take my family there. Disorganized.
