I can’t speak for the doctor, because I have decided to go elsewhere since my experience with the front desk was just rude. I hate to state the obvious, but people calling to make an appointment are doing so because they’re sick and experiencing a health concern. Patients should not be hung up on mid-sentence while asking a legitimate question as to why they are being given an attitude. I don’t know if this individual was having a bad day, but her behavior today was just not appropriate, especially in a healthcare setting.... read more
Dr.Nguyen is an incredible doctor!! She is kind, compassionate, caring, and she listens. When I started seeing her, i had went through some major heath issues right before. She listened to everything I had to say, she listened to my concerns. After seeing her for about a year, I was a victim of domestic violence, I saw her and she was so compassionate about what had happened to me. Absolutely one of the best doctors I've ever had.
She actually cares about us.
This lady has been my dr. for 20 years. The Lord sure knew what he was doing when he put her in my life. I could not of had a better experence. Second to none. George Edwards US Navy Ret.
