Send Naib back to school. He actually was incapable of changing a thermostat. He lost the wire in the wall. Bought his wife in out the truck to help find it. She had no mask. He left a mess in my hallway and his shoe covers in my garage. Told me he can't find the wire, left me with no heat and told me to call Select Hone Warranry. That the wire jumped back in the wall. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
