Quick friendly and accurate. Tanner was excellent in knowing what the problem was and quickly fixed it. I asked about another issue I had and he also knew what it was and fixed it with ease. Not over charged or tried to do more work then necessary. Will be using and referring to THS plumbing from now on.
excellent communication!!! Answered right away, scheduled us the next day, tech arrived on time, and kept us updated on his timing beforehand. explained everything and I even called a couple days later to ask some questions which were promptly answered. Highly recommend.
