My technician, Tanner, was prompt, pleasant, and very professional. He diagnosed the problem based on answers I gave to his questions. Unfortunately, the people who installed a new toilet a couple of weeks prior had lost a towel in the pipe. The obstruction was cleared and the $300 charge seemed reasonable. I would call this company again as I found Tanner to be knowledgeable and trustworthy.
