I'm Franz. I was hired by Robert Withow to install new flooring at 2311 W Palmetto St, Florence, SC 29501. I worked there for 2 weeks with my employees. I paid everyone. I demolished the old flooring and left 27 apartment units ready. A total of 17,247 square feet. The work was completed with excellent quality. My apartment complex hired this company to address issues that had been ongoing since September 2023. Robert and another gentleman (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) provided exceptional service with the utmost professionalism. "A great place to work." It really isn't. But they claim it is. They send emails begging you to fill in the survey to keep them a great place to work. THS is NOT a place where you can trust that you have a safe work environment mentally. They put unrealistic expectations into projects and expect you to just be a "yes" man. THS National just completed a major project at the apartment community I oversee and let me tell ya'...They did a fantastic job from start to finish. You won't find a more organized and communicative group to work with. They mapped out the plan, stayed in contact, and streamlined a big project, with a lot of moving parts....AND without a lot of back and forth.
