They could do a lot better, I guess its the cali laud bac mentality
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had them move a resident in who never paid the rent. We ended up having to evict the resident and not THS will not even respond to our requests for back payment. We lost over $10,000 from this company. NEVER use them ever.
