Recently placed an order for a 4x8 sheet of knotty pine ply veneer (prepaid $80). Specifically requested choice of various sheets for most fitting grain pattern. Upon arrival for pickup, office staff indifferent. Was told to head to "east" side of building for pickup. Walked around in warehouse for 30 minutes before someone finally assisted.
