Gd Terrible cherry pies, would not refund w pic and my word that it ran all over and crust. Unedible and the customer service is very poor handling a complaint. Wanted me to run 40 miles for ten Dollar refund... Cakes in past were great, but lost my biz bc of poor customer service handling a disaster and dissappointed faithful customer who has literally sent many people to them and spent thousands in past decade in their store...

Undercooked Cake with a side of owners denial – I ordered and purchased a cake from their Glanzman location on 9/24/11. Upon consuming it, we noticed it wasn't fully cooked in the very center. It was sticky and dense, no sponge texture or air pockets. A simple mishap I concluded that would quickly be rectified with a phone call to their location, I was so wrong! Horrible service – Typically cakes are ordered for a special occasion. Unfortunately I have tried to use this bakery on two different occasions sadly I was dissapointed each time. The service here is certainly not an example of which I would want others to see as a sample of the lovely Perrysburg city in which I live. The attendant on duty there has (the same one) managed to put a dark cloud over two special occasions of mine.
