Great customer service and results!! Chris, May, and the entire Through The Woods team were great from start to finish on our stair refinishing project. Would highly recommend their team. They completed the replacing of stair treads and risers. They color matched our current floors super well and custom stained the treads. They also gave us recommendations on where to paint so the finished product looked beautiful. Before and after pics below.

Chris and his team are the best. He did our house in Tampa in beautiful wide plank maple which was stunning. He was so patient with my indecisiveness in the beginning. 3 years later he is helping to answer questions on a house we are building in Charlotte. Best people, service and quality you can find.

I would pass on this company. They came to my residence to give me quote for redoing my hardwood floors. This was on Aug 17. This was after it had to be rescheduled, due them. I waited a week to receive the quote, nothing. Did not hear anything, so I called. I was assured I would hear something by Friday. I called again, the following week, confirming email address etc. Checking my spam folder etc. Nothing from them. So it has been over one month, and yet to hear anything from them. Chris Kritzer, owner, was very helpful to us in determining what to do about our new white oak floors that were finished badly by another company. Brian and Angel from Through the Woods, resurfaced our white oak floors. The floors are now perfectly flat and beautiful! Brian and Angel were skillful, efficient and informative along the way.
