Jonathan and his team went above and beyond to fix my old Infinity G37. They did such beautiful work on her body and she’s driving more smoothly than when I first bought her 2.5 years ago! I highly recommend this shop for repairs. I took my car here after dealing with a nightmare of a shop. Throtl Auto Works restored my trust in mechanics and I felt comfortable leaving my car in their hands. Jonathan was very professional, fair, upfront and honest. They will definitely be my go to mechanics from now on.

In August Jonathan helped me roll up my window that was stuck open, quoted me to get the window repaired. I didn't have the funds for it at the time, but he told me that if I came back in the next year to get the switch replaced he would uphold his quote and remove the diagnostic fee (which I paid when he rolled the window up). I came back to get the window fixed last weekend, and we had a miscommunication on pricing, but in the end Jonathan got the window fixed and upheld the original deal. Thanks.
