Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you? Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

Any provider that GRAYS out what the reviews say, whether positive or Negative, is not a place you want taking care of your sick and elderly. They obviously have something to hide!! Will not be getting my mother!

Would not recommend this facility as a rehabilitation center and certainly not for permanent residency. My mom regressed while here and the staff are very uncaring, from the CNA to the social workers. The only positive is the rehabilitation Occupational Therapy staff but not worth having a loved one stay at this facility. PLEASE find another facility. Would give ZERO stars but this website did not allow me to.

The facility and care-givers were great. BUT the administrative and medical staff were (almost) criminally negligent. If you need a simply rehab - it's a great place. If you parent is elderly, ill or had dementia, look elsewhere.

Do you think that the provider's staff are well trained? Yes Would you recommend this nursing home to others? I Already Have Was the music playing while you waited or during your visit pleasant to you? Not at all Does this provider take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? No, they weren't very knowledgeable

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best Does this provider offer flexible appointment times?
