Do not buy if you are in Spain!! Although T&Cs indicate they ship to Spain I never got my product delivered, it got returned to ThrivingPets in customs. Customer service is terrible and helpless. I wasted 50€ (30€ for delivery) and they didn’t offer any solution or help. I guess it is the same for other EU countries so watch out if you are not in US!
I am a first time customer and was trying to find Terumo Needles for my CKD Cat. I called and left a Voice Message and Chris called me back quickly. He handled my Order and was courteous, professional and efficient. Less than an hour after helping me, I got an e-mail telling me my order was ready to be shipped via UPS and provided the Tracking Number. That is GREAT Customer Service! I just received my first item from Thriving Pets. The kidney specialist would not renew our prescription without a new appt. My regular vet is taking over the case, so I needed a new supplier for our dog's medication. As a result of the denial and change over, I was getting very low on said medication, and used Thriving Pets to fill it. Terrible shipping procedure caused me to waste nearly $400 - I AM REALLY ANGRY!!!! I ordered Darbepoetin for my cat - it prevents her from having to need a transfusion. The medicine needs to be temperature controlled (not too hot), so Thriving Pets shipped it with ice. However, their shipping procedures are AWFUL.
