not reliable for medical supplies
My cat needed Aranesp to help his red blood cells. This was the only pharmacy I could find that sold individual bottles so I could budget for it better. It was easy to order. The weekend slowed the processing a little but once it shipped I got it the next day as the shipping said. Overall very happy with this site and their professionalism!
Do not buy if you are in Spain!! Although T&Cs indicate they ship to Spain I never got my product delivered, it got returned to ThrivingPets in customs. Customer service is terrible and helpless. I wasted 50€ (30€ for delivery) and they didn’t offer any solution or help. I guess it is the same for other EU countries so watch out if you are not in US!
I am a first time customer and was trying to find Terumo Needles for my CKD Cat. I called and left a Voice Message and Chris called me back quickly. He handled my Order and was courteous, professional and efficient. Less than an hour after helping me, I got an e-mail telling me my order was ready to be shipped via UPS and provided the Tracking Number. That is GREAT Customer Service! I am glad I found ThrivingPets.com. Thanks, Chris!
