Thriving Well at Home has been a total life-saver for me. I'm an out-of-state child of an elderly parent who lives alone on Smith Mountain Lake and who underwent a very sudden health decline. Andy and his team are amazing. In addition to being on-time, polite, and professional, they truly cared about my mom and dad. My dad got the care he needed, and my mom got some relief from being a full-time care giver. They listened, adjusted, and made my parents' lives better every day. I am thankful we found them.
What a guy. Andy and his team are working wonders for our family. Venturing into the conversation of in-home help and assisting living was a difficult step, but Andy way so easy to talk to and felt like family. Sit down and talk with him, these guys are such a huge help.
From the first meeting we had with Thriving well at home we knew we were making the right decision for my sisters in-home care. We especially love that Thriving Well is a local company owned by lake residents and not part of a large medical group, the owners are just minutes away from the homes they service. I can't recommend them enough. Quality and safety is priceless, and I don't think we could have found a better solution for our in home care needs. Thank you Thriving Well staff!
Finding Thriving Well at Home and Andy here at SML has been a Godsend. Andy has been very thorough and responsive to our needs as we care for a family member with dementia. His competent and compassionate staff has given us much-needed respite on a regular basis.
