Dr. Ashley M Markovic has a chair, diploma, computer and control over records. She is unkind and unethical. Did not provided nor explain basic info; intake process, therapy approach, not even the length of sessions. Wasted time for intake info that could have been provided via email, no info and guidance to “what and how”. The employees at Thriving Center of Psychology that I’ve interacted with have been professional and great communicators. Their current office manager has been helpful and quick at responding to any questions I’ve had and my spouse and I’s therapist has been kind, empathetic, and caring— all great qualities a therapist should embody! We have enjoyed our experience interacting with this place of work so far and we look forward to seeing our therapist again.
