I couldn’t get any information about play therapy for my daughter before having to book an appointment. Would give 0 stars if I could. The lady on the phone was rude and just kept repeating that this was the scheduling department even after I told her I knew and asking if I could be transferred to someone who could tell me ABOUT play therapy that Thriveworks provides or even the services they provide or even if she could tell me a little bit about thriveworks. I looked on the website but there wasn’t much. 0/5.

From day one the process was easy to sign up. The information they provided you on how the process works and what to expect was upfront and easy to understand. The therapist I chose has been phenomenal. I look forward to working with her more in the future. I am pleased with the overall process. Highly recommend it to anyone.
