Anyone seeking trauma therapy should seriously consider researching this provider before becoming a patient. This therapist chose to give a character statement in court defending her brother after he had already been convicted on 13 charges involving the sexual abuse of minors, and he was ultimately sentenced to 55 years to life in prison. I recently went through one of the hardest times of my life and knew I needed to turn to professional help. I had tried therapy in the past and had an okay experience but never truly connected like I did with Caitlin. She is understanding, caring, compassionate, and professional. She had a way of making me feel comfortable from our first appointment together. She truly impacted my life and helped me get to the healthiest place I’ve been in years.

Caitlin is fabulous! She is very compassionate, warm, and extremely easy to talk to. I immediately felt comfortable opening up to her and did not feel judged. I struggle with anxiety and she was understanding, but also firm and not enabling, which I appreciate. She pointed out by bad behaviors/coping skills and taught me new techniques. I highly recommend her…thank you Caitlin!
