Do not - and I repeat - do NOT use Thriveworks. I tried booking an appt. last week for my young daughter and over the weekend the therapist (who is wonderful and this wasn't her fault), text and said she needed to change the time. So we did that. But then I realized she was in a completely other town than me so I canceled through her. Then I get charged for a cancelation fee before we were even patients - no paperwork was signed, nothing.
