Do not - and I repeat - do NOT use Thriveworks. I tried booking an appt. last week for my young daughter and over the weekend the therapist (who is wonderful and this wasn't her fault), text and said she needed to change the time. So we did that. But then I realized she was in a completely other town than me so I canceled through her. Then I get charged for a cancelation fee before we were even patients - no paperwork was signed, nothing. The therapist with whom I worked was clearly not interested in my mental health, but was instead rather didactic and narrowly focused on mindfulness meditation as a cure-all for whatever condition I was struggling with. He spent most of the 1 hour session repeating himself as if that would convince me that this was the answer.
