I was double charged on my initial appointment. I called the help line 3 times asking for the charge to be removed. I was told each time that they were waiting on the clinician to confirm that it was a double charge. I had to remove my card on file because the automatic payment was going to incorrectly charge me. After almost 2 full weeks of waiting, I received no updates AND they cancelled my next appointment due to my “delinquent charge”. Once again I had to call the help line. I was charged for several visits without my authorization. They were supposed to be covered by insurance. They never told me it did not go through - I saw the charges three months later. They told me I had to take care of the claim with insurance since insurance denied it. My insurance said their EIN did not match. Turns out the company got a new EIN and never updated MODA. Office lied that they took my insurance and didn’t tell me they didn’t until 3 appointments in when I got the bill. The people at the front are inconsistent on answers and overall a bad experience. The provider was great and super friendly though.
