We are happy with our couple’s therapist; however, Thriveworks billing department is TERRIBLE. They did not properly verify our insurance and they continually charged us a copay, even though we were covered at 100%. It took about two months for them to get it right and hours of my time chasing them to make it right. I’ve NEVER had such a terrible experience with medical billers not properly verifying insurance. Our therapist also said this has been a common concern and frustration by many clients.

I like my therapist. Yet I am stopping my sessions. I feel as if I’m not getting what I want out of them. And perhaps we don’t connect in a way that I want. She asks questions about my day to day routine instead of focusing on my issues and the reason to why I’m seeing her in the first place.

I was unable to make the zoom call work. I tried to get support over the phone but it’s too stressful and time consuming to make the technology work.

So far it's been great. Love all the reminders of the upcoming app. and the ease of the zoom link. I also really enjoy my therapist; Erika Kyte.
