NEVER AGAIN! The worst of the worse to deal with! Gave them my insurance to come and charge me for out of the network therapist! Theb wheh i refused to pay they charge my card without authorization!

I've used this service two years and its caused me so much unnecessary stress. First with the system migrating to Advanced MD without enough warning or at least sent me a link to transfer my account. Unfortunately that caused me to restart with Psychiatrist and not only that it uses my deadname (which i understand its for legality but the previous system didn't have such problems.) but did not carry on any of my previous information. Avoid, they are therapists working here but they are overshadowed by billing practices. They had my insurance info and refused to bill them. Of course they bill you instead for an amount no one can prove is accurate(you won’t get statements, not even in the online portal) I spoke with them several times and those poor office ladies don’t know what’s going on. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

They are using a debt collector agency to try and collect $195 from me. I have no emails saying as to why, just this debt collector letter in the mail. I tried calling Thriveworks directly to ask what this supposed debt is for since I haven't used their services (and have the payment history of their services to prove it) since September 2021, almost a year ago. My experience with thriveworks has been horrible to say the least. I have not used their services since October of 2021 and they’re still charging my credit card, even after I received a statement with a zero balance for the account. Find a therapist somewhere else because they won’t stop charging you as soon as they get your bank or credit card information.
