Very disappointed. Time wasted for both myself and my daughter. I booked using the portal, inputing insurance information. Everything was fine until the appointment time. The provider mentioned it was deemed out of network -- at the time of the appointment -- not at the time of scheduling or the days leading up to it. I had a frustrating experience with Thriveworks due to a scheduling issue. They have a very strict policy and charge a $135 late/no-show fee, even in cases where the scheduling error may not have been thriveworks fault. Their approach feels overly rigid and profit-driven, which was disappointing.
My daughter took a long time to open up to her, but when they did; it was inseparable. Adelle had a great bond with my daughter. However, she abruptly disappeared with no explanation and that devastated my child. We got a call from Thrive stating that she will no longer be my daughter’s therapist. But still no word from her, even after I reached out to explain the importance of her breaking the news to her client. Trust has been broken!
Candice was awesome… definitely recognized my needs and came up with a plan moving forward. I look forward to continuing working with her.
