Thriveworks has charged me over $600 in just the past two weeks for services that were supposedly from months ago—even some dating back to last year. There was no warning or transparency about these delayed charges. Apparently, they can bill your account at any time, without notice. On top of that, they make it extremely difficult (if not impossible) to fully delete your profile. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for services—save yourself the stress.
Wasted my time and said I could get an appointment to explore medication. Had me book therapy as a means to connect with that professional, and then said they could not provide that to me even if I went out of insurance. Complete lack of transparency and felt like they wanted to get my money before confirming that could actually provide the services I needed.
