First visit was good. Had a good experience with the therapist. Realized there are several things I had to deal with. So it was a good start. Update: I had a 2nd & 3rd session and seems to be helping. Im getting issues off my chest, which definitely feels good, but I think that my session we might dive into some solutions to help me deal with my issues, i.e. stress, anxiety, disorganization & others. I'll update after next week's sessions.
