Counselors are great. Call center and billing will push patients asking invasive questions not required for appointment cancellation. The corporation are terrible. The company doesn't care about mental health and has a ridiculous cancellation policy. Does not matter if you are serious I'll, the company will charge you if you cancel an appointment.
