I have a billing issue that has been unresolved for 3 months. I have been told that a clinic director will reach out to me several times but that has not happened. I am done being patient and would like this resolved immediately. I was charged $130 (without my knowledge or consent) for paperwork that I never received. My provider was called to active duty so I was unable to follow up with them about the charge. The booking process is quite frustrating
Do not recommend this place, I was supposed to have an apt with Stephenie W. But I got an Email a few days later saying there was a scheduling error and that day didn't work for her I sent an email back to her with days and times that work for us and never got a response back, as a counselor you're supposed to be good at communicating.
Claudio is great, I've only had a few sessions with him, but I think he is doing what he was meant to do because my previous experiences with other counsler/therapist I didn't feel like I've connected enough to open up to them or even want to return for another session. Thank you Claudio
