That counselor was not really helpful. First session he literally said he doesn't know what to say.

Very educational and informative
Chandricka has been incredibly patient and understanding from the very beginning. Even though we’re only two sessions in, I already feel comfortable and supported in our work together. She creates a space where I can be open without feeling judged, which means a lot. I’m genuinely looking forward to continuing with her and going deeper into my healing journey.
