The "saftey plan" they force you to fill out if you is nothing but trying to guilt you into not committing. They want you to focus on how your SH or SI will negatively affect those around you, instead of teaching you to live for yourself and your own motivations. This is Thriveworks required paperwork as a company and not one specific therapist. Guilt is NEVER a good option for helping clients move past suicidal ideation. This poor excuse for a "saftey plan" is going to push someone over the edge and get someone killed.

I look forward every week to meeting with my therapist Melissa! She’s so knowledgeable and I have gotten so comfortable opening up and breaking down all my trauma. The communication in all my relationships has greatly improved since meeting with her! :) highly suggest!
