If I could I would leave a negative star. Spent 30 minutes on the phone giving them every bit of information possible and waiting to find a provider with times that worked with my schedule then less than 3 hours prior to my appointment I receive a text message with no explanation that my appointment has been canceled. I called and was told technical difficulties was the cause. After a very disappointing CS interaction I got a voicemail from the “doctor” saying he won’t be in the office at the time I scheduled.
