All the staff were good the receptionist I think her name was sawsan was very nice and the provider was very good
They have had multiple providers quit on me without any notice or assistance..If you receive medication from them they may please you high and dry for months without care. They should have their license pulled. Also, clueless about ADA.
I’m extremely disappointed and feel completely deceived. Before starting therapy, I specifically asked the scheduler to check my copay because I cannot afford high-cost sessions. I was told my copay should be $0, and at most $30 since I have BCBS insurance. This reassured me and I proceeded with therapy, only to find out two months later—after my sessions had been processed—that I owe $860.
