Love my therapist; however, Thriveworks’ billing department has been terrible. They did not bill my insurance and instead charged the credit card on file a couple of days after each appointment. I signed up using insurance and only provided my credit card for copays. When I called, they told me my insurance had not been activated on my profile, although it is now. Geraldine hickerson saved my life. She gave me some advice that was tough but it was the truth and I followed it and now almost 2 years later. I'm reaping the benefits from that simple advice. Thank you so much
I do Zoom sessions with Amy since I live quite a distance from her office, and that works for me very well. She is most a personable and easy to talk to. Although I am a new client, we are already on a path forward in my treatment I believe will be most helpful. I am very pleased with my treatment with Amy.
