They go very strict on their penalty policy. I was reaching 18 minutes late as I got into a traffic jam and I called to inform that we are getting late. She (Mia) insisted that the session stands cancelled and charged me $135 as cancellation fee. Will never use Thrivework in future.
This was extremely disappointing. 1st appointment is basically a waste of time to create a profile. Follow up appointment is talking about a random subject and at the end the therapist gives her/his opinion and that’s basically it. There’s no real advice, help, try to find an explanation or analysis about the issue…. Nothing, is just what she/he thinks is best and then finish with a “welp, time is up” 10 minutes before the hour. This is basically throwing the money away. This practice has really helped me! They have worked with my complicated insurance to get the treatment I needed. Practitioner Omolola Oloyede has always took the time to listen to my conserns. She is a great person to talk to. I would highly recommend this practice.
