Ever since I have been with the company I have had nothing but issues. First appointment I had set with a therapist, got a successfully canceled text 30 minutes beforehand and nobody could tell me why. Picked another one and that did go well but unfortunately she is leaving the company. Onto the next one she is very sweet but first session we had to reschedule due to Google not working and then she kept disconnecting during this last one.
