Consistent rescheduling of appointments and outrageous pricing. Our therapist cancelled 5 out of the seven session scheduled. When we did get to speak with the therapist it was useless banter with little actionable information that wasn’t already self evident. To top it off, the therapist ghosted on the third session - ended up getting an email stating they were no longer employed with the company. They charge you (in addition to a visit billing code) for psychotherapy during medication follow-ups without informing you that you are doing psychotherapy. A 16 minute medication follow up ended up costing a total of $193. Be clear with your provider if you will be doing psychotherapy or just medication management. This is uninformed patient consent on Thriveworks’ part and shady. Since I do not believe the services constituted a psychotherapy additional charge I am submitting an insurance appeal to have their visit documen... read more

Thriveworks is an easy place.to find what you need. I was able to find care the same day. I love Jessica Priode .She's compassionate amd caring and she really catches what she sees in you to help you with your issues. I would recommend her to anyone!.
Had a shorter session as therapist lost sound, couldn’t see me on video either but she seemed capable and friendly.
