First appointment was absolutely perfect. The therapist has a down to earth demeanor, positive attitude, professional, direct, and respectful. She has all the qualities needed for my child’s journey.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Paliy for about a year now. I have to say - my life literally changed for better after I came to her. She listens, she analyses, extremely thorough. After very thoughtful discussion she prescribed me what I needed based on my situation, not just whatever (I hear this all the time about other doctors that they just load you with heavy antidepressants without actually analyzing your situation)! My first practitioner didn't get my meds right, then never scheduled my next appointment. Since they don't allow you to message the people giving you psychiatric drugs, I had to schedule with a different practitioner. He then cancelled my appointment and rescheduled it without confirming my availability. It then took 2 separate calls to support to not be charged $135 dollars for a late cancellation despite my appointment was canceled a few hours before scheduled by the provider.
